Xerox 7345 Admin password

Yes, I feel dumb. Please don’t reply just to tell me what I did was dumb, how dumb it was, etc.

New Xerox 7345 was delivered this week and I promptly changed the System Admin password without recording it anywhere. Now I cannot get in to change defaults on the machine. Spent over an hour on hold with Xerox today before giving up, having other things to attend to. I know it will cost hundreds to have a tech come out and reset.

Does anyone know, will anyone please tell me how to reset the password to the factory default (11111) myself? Please?
