XP Install Porblems on Dell

Dell Dimensions series, had a virus and completely locked up. I upgraded to a new harddrive but XP wont load. Keeps telling me files are unavailable then if I retry it will continue but when it gets to installing components it just locks up. If I retry the install I get blue screen of death.

The copy of XP isnt the problem I just reinstalled it on one of my other systems 1 hour before using the same cd.
