xp memory debug, online crash analysis

1. We set XP pro to do a full dump, then uploaded it on microsofts online crash analysis. Nothing back from them and it’s been ages. Have any of you found this site to be more useful than I have?

2. Are there any good tools that make it somewhat possible to analyse the dump file, and show what caused the crash, preferably freeware?
