XP reboots when trying to print

Every time I go to print anything to any printer (local or network) on my PC it reboots on me. I cannot even go into the printer settings. As soon as I click Start, Settings, Printers and Faxes – REBOOTS! Frustrating. I am thinking that I would remove all printers and re-add them – but I can’t! I have XP SP 2.
