XP SP2 Chages affecting MSAccess

I have an Access 2003 database that, since the upgrade on the host laptop, is no longer allowing concurrent access to the database. Once one is signed in, others are blocked. The only thing that has changed is the OS upgrade. Previously, multiple users could access the Access DB w/ no problem.
