Yet again another Access Question!

OK! I have a database (which is made up of many tables) on a laptop using Access 2002 which a coworker updates while out on the road. On Monday when he returns to work I want him to push a button and the data transfers to my database on my computer. He has a standalone on his laptop and I have standalone application on my desktop. How can I go about doing this? Can this be done?
