Zinstall is rubbish

Avoid Zinstall at all costs!!!
I have installed the software and it fails to work each time.
The sugested fix is to completely uninstall my firewall and virus protection then connect to internet.
This is both stupid and irresponsible advice from zinstall as my pc would be vulnerable to any hacker in range.
As soon as I ask for a refund, Zinstall no longer reply to emails but are now sending “pretend” auto responses.
The software does not work, the company are totally unhelpful, save your money and buy something else.
Zinstall will rip you off.
