3COM 3C892A with Windows XP or Windows Vista

I have a 3COM 3C892A USDB LAN Modem working on a Windows ME operating system. I Want to replace the PC but can’t seem to find whether or not the 3C892A will work with Windows XP or Vista. The software I received with the 3C892A is for Windows 95, ME, 2000; but wonder if anyone out there knows:
1. how to make it work with newer versions of Windows?
2. is there a driver (download) available for the 3C892A for Windows XP or Vista?

Any help would be appreciated. 3COM no longer supports this product and offer no help.
