3rd Party Program for Access that would be like Q&A database?

My company is using the old DOS program Q&A (version 4), from Symantec.

We’ve run up against its limitations in terms of printer compatibility (and general dinosaur-ness), and want to find a way to do basically the same thing in MS Access.

However, none of us can create Access databases, and we’re wondering if a 3rd party software solution is already available out there.

We basically need diary/time reporting for multiple folks…. and most of the things that Q&A does, only not old and decrepit.
