A damaged pst file

My pst file for outlook 2000 has been damaged by a energy failure during an operation of saving data. Tryin to reopen outlook it responds that the pst file has been blocked by another process.
I’ve managed to reinstall Outlook, to retreive old messages and addres book by an import but nothing of this seems to function.
There’s a way to retreive the file in order to re-use it? It’s 20 Mb of dimensions.
I have not a recent backup to restore.
