A host in DMZ need to access a host in internal network

I am using Cisco PIX525 software version 7.2
A machine in DMZ IP address is 192.168.2.100 and it need to access a machine inside internal network. The machine IP address is 10.1.2.10.
I am having trouble with static command…
static(dmz,inside) 10.1.2.10 192.168.2.100
or
static(inside,dmz)192.168.2.100 10.1.2.10
or
static(inside,dmz)192.168.2.100 192.168.2.100
Which command do I use ??
Please help ..
