A Macro for Export to a PST from Outlook

I am looking for a macro/VBA application that can automate the task of performing the “File|Import and Export|Export to a File” action. We currently manually use the export tool to back up the last 7 days of e-mail within the Inbox to a separate PST, but would like to automate the task.

Without the Macro Recorder available in Excel, I am at a loss.

Any guidance or a VBA application that can be modified to simply automate the functions available within Outlook would be appreciated.
