As Aaron says, we cannot take Wilkipedia in the present form seriously because it is too open and unregulated. Their policy to invite information seekers to submit comments, make contributions is fine.
But they must do the following to fully realize the superior possibilities. 1. To receive and process comments and contributions but not publish them directly. 2. To apply a process of refereeing by a number of referees who can provide logical analysis and reasoned recommendations. 3. To apply a process of editorial review and decision by qualified editors. 4. To Publish approved comments and content and archive the drafts.
