about geniric ghost win32

i have a two pc installed windows xp pro on both and set up in workgroup. one pc have 2 lan cards and one connected to lan and second with Adsl modem to access internet.

By inter sharing, both pc works fine.

But pc which is directly connected with internet get “Genric Host Win 32 error” when ever connect with the internet. I found solution to overcome that problem and thats work fine.(deleting \device\ from regedit hkeycurrentlocalmachine–>currentcontrolset->netbt->paramaters )But after editing that lan is not working “network Path not found” error come. But They still ping each others.

plz give me solution so internet and lan both works fine
