Access 2000 Switchboard

I’ve recently started using Access 2000. I have tried creating a Switchboard and I can see the components OK in Switchboard Items under the Tables object. But when I go to Forms, it’s not there (neither is the default Switchboard which was created before I made the new one). Any ideas? Could it be a security issue, i.e., I’m not allowed to make new Switchboards?
