Acronis

I am using acronis true image management console version 9.1 to connect to a remote pc for my backup.
The remote pc has the acronis true image agent installed on it.
When I initiate the connection, acronis connects to the remote pc but the application (acronis) hangs thereafter. Can anyone be of help?
