Admin account can’t access/delete limited accounts

Ok, so I am using this computer (my boyfriend’s) for one reason: to watch Region 2 DVDs. (My computer only views DVDs from Region 1–it’s from the States. We’re in the UK, so our collection here is Region 2.) The problem: he’s out of town and his admin account is password protected. It’s not a privacy issue, he’s a writer, and is paranoid about his work getting lost. When he first got the damn machine, he kept running upstairs to make sure the work was still saved. 🙂 So, basically, he doesn’t really want anyone touching it. Anyway, I respect this fear. But he’s left town for two weeks, and since we don’t have a TV, I can’t watch a film any other way. (BTW, any advice on downloading a DVD all-region driver would also be appreciated. I used one of my 5 chances to switch to Region 2, and Windows media still won’t play the films.)

Anyway, I opened Windows XP in safe mode and did two things: turned on the guest account and created a new limited account. Worked perfectly–now when turning on his computer, you can choose the guest or limited account to watch films. So, what I would like to do before he comes home is remove these two additional accounts. But now, when I go into safe mode, only two accounts appear. His (which is password protected) and the hidden admin account. The other two don’t appear. When I select admin, and click on change accounts, still only the two admin accounts appear. The limited account is not visible, nor is the on/off switch for the guest account. How do I find these to delete?
