 Note the user logged in
 Open a command prompt
 Open Task Manager
 Kill the explorer.exe process under that user
 Run the following command once your shell has disappeared:
 Runas /user:administrator@domain command
 If command switches are desired, add quotes around the entire command
 Provide your administrative services
 Open new task manager as administrator
 Kill the explorer.exe process under the administrator user
 Run explorer.exe from the basic users command prompt
 Enjoy the programs that were previously running before the administrative tasks
