Adobe 7.0

When I try to install Acrobat 7.0 I get the Error 1317 warning while attempting to create the directory C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\ Documents\Adobe PDF\Start up. How can I fix this Error 1317 so I can install Adobe 7.0 in to my computer.
Windows XP pro 100 G HDD, 512 MB RAM
