Advanced start menu configuration

Hi All,
I dont know if this is possible but I would like to add a new folder into the top right section of the XP Start menu.
I’ve had a search around the interweb but can’t seem to find anything 🙁

I have a work around: Rename My music. but if anyone does know how to do this properly please let me know
