All Programs not displaying

I am using Windows XP on one of my workstations and after uninstalling “PC Invoice” I no longer can display anything on All Programs from the Start menu.

I had another problem with uninstalling this software on another computer. I could’t make my system save my password for my email account.

How can I get windows to recognize all of my installed programs again. When I click on ALL PROGRAMS, nothing happens, it is highlighted but nothing opens.
