An Acronis True Image problem

Hi,
I made a true image of my laptop’s hd. Since my laptop was stolen, I try to run a selective recovery session of my image, which is kept as 10 tib files.
When I set my recovery session, the problem checks my dataset and sends the following message:
“Please insert the media marked “volume 3”
I know of no such media.
How do I dolve this problem?
