Any recommendations for a low cost backup system?

My boss has asked me to look into setting up an offsite backup system. He wants some kind of computer to keep at his house and our backed up files will be uploaded to it every night. Is there anything I should be aware of in doing this? We’ll probably use Rsync and setup a mapped drive to the new computer. Thanks.
