Archive old messages in GroupWise

I’m task to Archive Old Messages in GroupWise 5.5. I’m not able to Archive them because, I keep getting “Error Code C081″. I can not find any information in the Novell Knowledgebasesite.
How do I clear the Error Code C081”.
