Archived Outlook pst files

I have a Zip disk with archived pst file (s)that are stored “win zipped). I can’t seem to figure out how to get this loaded into Outlook or how to view the contents. I thought I knew how to do this, but if I did I have forgotten. Memory lapses are difficult at best, I would appreciate greatly someone’s help on this–
