ASUS Notebook Print to pdf error

Since connecting to my office network via it’s Netgear wireless modem I am unable to print any pdf files.
Any attempt to print causes Adobe (and any other pdf reader and/or writer) to hang.
Once i disable the wireless connection everything works fine.
Can anyone help?
