Automated Testing & SoftGrid

I am having issues recording automated test scripts for Load Runner and Quick Test Pro when the application is executing thru SoftGrid.
Neither tool recognizes any actions so nothing gets recorded.

Has anybody successfully used these tools with SoftGrid?
