AV and Spyware

Whats your favorite free or lowcost solution to spyware and AV.

AV: Dont use it anymore. My email is scanned by my provider and I havent found one that I like, that works. Suggest one for me.

Spyware: I use Spybot S&D as well as Ad-Aware. I use the Spybot Teatimer tool that prompts for registry changes. This works and its free
