Batch/exe program to update a text file automatically.

We need an exe program or a batch program to update a text file automatically.

It will work like this…

A User will type the path of the batch/exe program in the RUN command and click OK.After that, the program will automaticlly update a text file located at a fixed location.

Any ideas/suggestions would be appreciated.
