Batch Login

Hey there, I am having a little issue with a login script of mine.
When a user loges on its fine it does not ask for the password but
when an administrator loges in it does.
Here is the copy of the script let me know if there is anything I can
do to change it.

net use F: \\server\shared %password% /USER:domain\user /PERSISTENT:no

It looks right to me but only when an administrator logs in is when I
have the issue.
