BCC with EX2K

I have encouter 2 issues that I need your help with EX2k. Some of my users at work want to have their email forwarding to their internet emails, this works since I create contact with external email, then from that user it will forward to that contact. However, this doenst work to all internet domain emails. Some don’t and I dont’ know what the problem is.
Another problem that I want to acchive is …I want to have bcc on certain users. If that user sends out an email, I want to have a bcc ofthat email at the server level. How do I do that with EX2k?
Please, help and give me advice.
