Benchmark Costs

Seeking Benchmark information in terms of Network Costs relative Data and Voice Services. Specifically looking for comparative carrier costs on PL, FR, Internet, ATM, Out/Inbound Voice, MPLS, Conferencing and IP Services. Additionally looking for personnel, facility costs and hardware costs.
