Blackberry Enterprise Server with PST Files

How would I load Contacts PST file into the Blackberry Enterprise Server.
I would simply like to deploy all default contacts onto a user Blackberry smartphone once I have activated his/her account on the server.
This would simplify my work instead of me going to each and every user to contacts on their outlook.
