blogtv and youtube problem

hi i have a question, why is it that i cant log in to blogtv and cant chat and also when i go to youtube, i cant post any comments on the videos that i watch? and everytime i try to post a comment on youtube even though i logged in, i cant post still… plsss help asap cuz thats the only way for me to be relaxed especially while on blogtv:(
