Bootable slipstream w2k advance server

I have created a slipstream of w2k adv server with sp4.
Now I want to make it bootable just like a original w2k adv server cd.
Note: I dont want to make a bootcd (win98 for example) and then start the w2k setup. I want the w2k setup start right away, hope I was clear)
(it must be something like creating the 4 bootfloppies on the cd).

Is what I want to accomplish possible and how can I do it.
