Boston and DC tech support firm

Hi all,

I work for a small management consultancy with offices in DC, Boston, and NY. We are looking to find a Tech Support firm that can do break/fix work (on-site and remotely), can perform occasional maintenance, and can provide us advice on which IT solutions to employ. Minimizing cost would be great, but quality is most important. Please let me know if you have any recommendations.
