Box on Startup c:WINDOWS\System32\cmd.exe

Can I have some help with a box that I always see during a startup. It says
c:WINDOWS\System32\cmd.exe
I am not too experienced and have no idea why I see this or what can be done to stop it. Your help will be appreciated!
