c# complex databinding checkbox

Let’s have a short description of my problem here. I would like to perform complex data binding which can populate the value of ‘Y’ and ‘N’ using a checkbox instead of value of ‘1’ and ‘0’ from the database and show the data in the form. Could anyone can produce or atteched such of the example which can transform ‘Y’ and ‘N’ for checkbox properties?
