Call out for list of cost allocation software for IT companies

Hi,

I am researching cost allocation plan software for my software development company.

We are a company of approx 300 personnel. We use Cognos TM1 Planning for forecasting and budgeting, and Cognos 8 for financial reporting and BI.

We are currently doing Cost Allocation using glorified Excel Spreadsheets that have poor reporting and basically unable to perform data imports and exports.

We would like to purchase a package that performs Cost Allocation for our company.

Can anyone suggest a piece of software might be helpful (doing data import and export would be very useful) and any price range from low to high is fine. We would be happy to go with a small unknown company if the software was right.
