Can some one please help me out with C#?

Hi, i have an assignment from school and i dont even know where to start. My instrctor ask me to tell the console to display Only the Even numbers from 0 to 500. I dont know where to start and i dont know whict statements to us to pass this logic. Please can someone help me!!!
