Can we link Excel and calendar in outlook express

Hi
I was jus wondering if there?s anyway that we can link Excel and the calendar in outlook express..?
Cause I?m trying to maintain a Excel sheet to workout my work pay calculations and i have to enter the date and hours worked every time.. is there a way that i can link my calendar from outlook express so that excel can sync al the working date and hours from it.. It?ll make our job so much more easier..
