Can you timebomb an autostart

Hi

I have a project to put a website on a cd, and the client wants it to stop working after three years. I can get it to autostart, thats no problem but I can figure out if I can timebomb it so it wont work after a certain date. Do I have to do this with a installer, Demosheild or Wise install? Or is there a command I can put in that runs at startup to check the date?
