Cannot design a Search Form

Hello Every body.
I am a new user to Access, I have a DB which contains one main table and one main form which shows all the fields of the table.
Now I have also one search button on that Main Form and i want that when i click this button it should ask for Four Parameters (i.e File No, Name, ID No, Phone Number) then search by these four parameters and return the result if found else return record not found.

Can any expert form the whole world help me please.
