Cannot export to pst

I need to copy a profile of a user from one of my Exchange servers to a .pst. I have tried to export the mail using the Outlook client. It runs pretty quickly and I end up with “Cannot copy some files have been moved, deleted or access is denied”. I end up with about 18MB of the 260MB that is on the server. I also used the EXMERGE utility. I tried both 1.6 and the 3.7 versions. The best I can do is about 60MB. I get error’d out on every box I try. We recently reloaded the boxes with Win2K and are still running Exchange 5.5. Then restored the IS. The servers have not been rebooted yet since the upgrade and ISINTEG’s have not been run yet. Do you think ISINTEG’s will resolve the problem here?
