Cannot import or use PST / PAB!

Hi there,

I have wiped my W98 laptop last week and installed W2k pro. I have installed outlook 2000
and all software that I need, everthing works well except that I cannot import my PAB / PST.
I didn’t export the before I wiped my oldos, I just burned them to disk… Now when I try to import them, I get a message saying that I don’t have sufficent rights to the file… I am logged is as Administrator, and even copied the files to the admin local folder and tried there, still no resolution.

Any ideas?
