Cannot POST

New build and I cant get it to POST I have tried power supplies, ram and processors, I know I shouldnt have bought a mobo at a show and that my be where my problem lies,the mobo, I get power to all devices connected to the board eg.,cpu fan,drives&ect. but I get no video (integrated) or a POST beeps. One strange thing when i get power the system up the Suspend to RAM LED on the mobo lights up,I dont know how or why I havent recieved any support from the manual or the mobo maker if ya have any clue on how to unsuspend or correct issue please advise.
