cannot resolve host name

Hi,

I’m accessing a site, for example http://localhost/pages/default.aspx but it shows an error, but when i try to enter http://192.168.x.x/pages/default.aspx it shows the main page of the site. I think it’s about the DNS for it cannot translate the hostname to ip address..

Any help or info will be highly appreciated. Many thanks. 🙂
