Hi, Wondering if someone could help me out (pleaaaasseeee)with an issue I had with a Wester Digital Passport 120gb I got to back up my info.
I had my Laptop Hard Disk replaced as it was faulty. I connected the Passport and the program ran fine and it actually showed all the files I had in it. I wanted to send the data to the computer, so I went to the options menu; outlook options and ticked on the attachments box as I wanted all the data from my emails to go. I clicked OK and after thinking for a while, it returned me to the first screeen, but NOW I could only see the Mycomputer field, but NOT the rest of my information!!!! I know the info’s still there as it still shows that 55 gb have been used and the profile on E: is still there and it also shows 55gb of usage and over 2000 files……….Can anyone Please save me by advising waht can I do to access my files? Thanks in advance
