cant get outlook emails

I am running exchange server 5.5 and outlook 2000. I am using outlook 2k and I can send an email to a coworker fine when she is in the office. when she dials in from home she cant recieve any emails sent from anyone using outlook. She can howeverget emails fine when people send her emails through outlook express. Any suggestions?
