Can’t get rid of KB967715 MS Updated

For about the last month, I have been asked (every day) to install KB967715 update. I have gone thru the step to install it several times and the results state that it was installed. Even if I look in add/remove programs, I see it.

However on the next restart the stinking update appears again. I have tried just about every possible solution posted on several sites to get rid of it but none have been successful

Can anyone PLEASE provide me with any insight on how the heck to get rid of the KB967715 update once and for all.
